Episcopalian teen looking to convert to Catholicism.?

I'm 17 years old and was baptized an Episcopal. I have come to disagree with certain viewpoints that Episcopals hold and would like to convert to Catholicism. How exactly do I go about doing that? Shouldn't be too hard considering I live in New Orleans, a very Catholic city.
