it could possibly be a strained ligament. if you stay off of it and rest it as much as possible that would be the best thing for it. there isn't many things you can do for knees as far as stretching goes. you should ice it in 20 minute increments and then let it rest for half an hour. you can also try applying heat for the same amount of time. if you need to go somewhere like school or to the store or somewhere that you can't rest it you should wrap it or get a knee brace. i hope it feels better and if it doesnt start getting better within two or three more days then you might want to go to the doctor to get it checked out. good luck :)

My husband was put on darvocet (which is in the same family of drugs as percocet) several years ago for an infection in his foot and it messed with him so much he threatened suicide and accused me of cheating on him with my best friend (a guy). A couple years ago he broke his hand and they gave him Percocet and he was a complete a**hole the whole time he was on them without realizing it. Honestly I think you would be down grading in this trade by a pretty good amount. Cabrera is yes by far the best player in the deal, but Tulo hasn't done anything this year even though he is on the DL. I like the Pujols for Longoria trade. Longoria will hit the same or more HR, plus will get more steals than Pujols. You might be losing a little in AVG but not a whole. Another thing I would do is start Bourn more often. He gets atleast 3 steals a week. I would also try looking for another 3B if you don't make the Pujols for Longoria trade. Jones is not having a very good year and the 3B spot usually is a bi for power numbers. Another trade possibly that I would try is giving Holliday and Gallardo for Braun and a mediocre pitcher. The rearward firing model of the Archer was a standard Archer. No booster could be fitted due to flight control problems. Basically a standard archer with a aerodynamic fairing over its rear to reduce drag during carriage on the aircraft. When launched backwards its thrust vector control vanes were crucial to making it work. However without thrust vectoring vanes as the R-27 ped through the period of zero rearward speed as it accelerated backwards it no longer had anything holding the weight of the missile body up and its nose stalled and dropped down facing the ground as its big erfly wings had no airflow and therefore stopped stabilising the weapon. The R-73 has thrust vector control vanes that managed to keep the nose pointing at the target through the problem phase of flying at zero speed and allowed the weapon to maintain continuous lock on the target. Range was dramatically shorter as you would expect.

Should I get Laser eye surgery?

I have already been cleared by a doctor who says I am a good candidate for no cut Lasik but I'm still having major reservations. For one, I've had gles and contacts for pretty much my whole life, ever since the second grade. My vision is very poor without my contacts in but that has never bothered me at all. It's just natural to me, a part of who I am. As silly as it sounds I worry about not liking being able to see clearly all the time. Secondly, issues that you hear about, like hazing and eye dryness would be irrevocable if it happened. I would be so annoyed if I paid all that money just to have a debilitating condition that would be worse than my nearsightedness for the rest of my life. Like my family keeps reminding me every time I bring it up, "You only get one pair." Thirdly, for me this is purely a cost issue. In three or four years it costs more to have gles and contacts than it does to just go and get it done. But is that really a good reason to put your eyes at risk? Please leave the "contacts are risky" comments be because I take very good care of mine so they aren't. And it would be really helpful if someone who has already done it would give me their opinion. Sinus Headache or Migraines?

Okay I am 16 years of age. I have suffered from headaches every since i was little. I didnt start taking medecine until nw well around December of last year. Im nt sure what type of headaches but i do believe i have suffered from a migraine before. Anyways last week Tuesday-Thursday i was sick with a mega headache which also included sneezing and somewhat stuffy nose. Nt to congested though. It hurted to lean toward the floor and getting up from laying down. My head was throbbing and i felt very horrible. I didnt have a cold before this either. So i took clariten for the sneezing and 800mg of Ibuprophen for the headaches. That was one heck of a combo because it worked. The reason i am curious is because 9 out of 10 sinus headaches are actually migraines says web md i believe. But that still doesnt explain the sneezing because i was sneezing quite a bit.What do you think??? I am aware i prolly should have went to the doctor but i was going to wait things out. you have to have an open mind when you are in english. i have to write tons of articles for the jr. high newspaper staff. and i always get As cuz i write like i talk. ATI X700 video card gives a blank screen?

This happened out of the blue this morning. I have the ATI X700 AGP video card and when I turn on the computer the screen stays blank. I cant get to bios or anything. the screen stays blank. This video card is not new and have had it in my computer for some time now. I just upgraded my power supply thinking that was the issue but it isnt. I have never had problems with this video card before. I tried this. I removed the AGP video card and used the intergraded video card and everything worked fine. Drivers are not the issue. Is there a way to troubleshoot the video card or something I can do to get it to work again?
