How does this version of the twin paradox work?

There are two twins aged 20.The first twin goes away on a space ship at 99% of the speed of light.The second twin stays on earth.After 1 hour,the first twin crashed his space ship on an asteroid and dies.The second twin gets hit by a bus while crossing a road and also dies.
