Is my biual friend attracted to me? o_o?

Okay, I"ve had a best friend for about 8 years. who is a girl who is very openly . She's always commented me every chance she gets and gives me lots of hugs and stuff. and whenever she sleeps over, she like to snuggle really close and give me big hugs and stuff. When I asked her, she's just like "i love you, silly, I'm not IN love with you!" and she explained that she's just that kind of person. I don't know though. it doesn't really bother me, I'm just wondering. is she really just a friendly, cuddley person or is she attracted to me? o_o
