Moderators only?

How do i change my group setting? I have it as restricted in the settings but if someone does a search and they see my group it says "Moderators Only" Dont get it. I want it to say Public, but even if i set it as open, it doesnt work? What am missing? I added two other members to my group and made them moderators too, but it was after i noticed the Moderator status for joining my group.
