Help me please before i do something stupid!!! HELP?

first up,chill take a breather.since u say ur anorexic,and u urself admitting it is a positive sign already.its only ur mind playing a trick on u.being slim and trim is important,i admit.but at the expense of neglecting ur health,isnt a fair sacrifice.and not only tht,what u think of being slim and what others think would fairly differ.to me,and for most,being stick thin isnt even appealing,its just sickly.but to anorexics,its the perfect body.so my advice ultimately would be,go on eating a healthy,wholesome and yet low calorie diet,but at the same time,include some cardio everyday.because per say,if y want to lose fat,doesnt mean u have to stop eating.what u have to do is create sort of a,SHORTAGE in calorie in ur blood.how?by using up energy through workout,namely cardio workout and eating food with low cal.ur 15 right?you still have plenty of time to get back on track to a healthy and promising lifestyle.sometimes the best way of overcoming problems such as these is by keeping content with urself.what would be more important,being skinny or ur life?at ur age its vital tht u practice healty eating and diet,ur growing and ur body needs proper nutrition to do so.get back on track and good luck
