How to get my talkative friend out of the house (but in a kind way)?

There is probably a reason she wants to be over at your house so much. Maybe she doesn't have a good home life. I'd try and talk to her about why she wants to come over. And there isn't anything wrong with just saying you don't really feel like company or you could just say your parents don't like her over so much.
