I recently bought a Samsung tocco but i dont know the pin?

i recently bought a Samsung Tocco off Amazon but the seller didnt tell me the pin code i have Emailed him but he hasnt replied and i was wondering if there was anything i could do. i dont know the phone number for it because it came with the sim and it wont take my old one. what should i do?
