Is there a difference if I play football with 120 pound football boots and if I play with 40 pound ones?

I want to buy some new ones because my f30's are breaking. I never like my F 30s I never felt a good touch with them and I think its because it was at a cheaper price. I like to buy boots where I can play on both astro-turf and gr. or do I have to buy two separate pairs of boots?
