Sinus Headache or Migraines?

Okay I am 16 years of age. I have suffered from headaches every since i was little. I didnt start taking medecine until nw well around December of last year. Im nt sure what type of headaches but i do believe i have suffered from a migraine before. Anyways last week Tuesday-Thursday i was sick with a mega headache which also included sneezing and somewhat stuffy nose. Nt to congested though. It hurted to lean toward the floor and getting up from laying down. My head was throbbing and i felt very horrible. I didnt have a cold before this either. So i took clariten for the sneezing and 800mg of Ibuprophen for the headaches. That was one heck of a combo because it worked. The reason i am curious is because 9 out of 10 sinus headaches are actually migraines says web md i believe. But that still doesnt explain the sneezing because i was sneezing quite a bit.What do you think??? I am aware i prolly should have went to the doctor but i was going to wait things out. I am feeling better nw.
