IS there any place where i would be able to edit/make a tag on the tongue of my sneakers?

Any place in the known world that isn't a small family business in the middle of a secluded place would be appreciated. I'd like to customize the little tag on the tongue of my shoes (ex.: where the "Nike" tag is on most Nikes). I'd like to put my own little doodle that i draw all over the place (just a ninja, no gang affiliation). Any help in this would be appreciated :]
