My friend lied should i stay friends with her?

at first she said she wasn't having a party,but yet she is and i found out by my other friends talking about not getting invited. only 2 of my friends including the one i found out from were invited. the girl that is having the party was only allowed to have four people she invited 2 friends from each school and her friends from my school including me hardly see her. i understand she don't want her friends from her other school to get mad at her for not inviting at least one of them. but do you think my friend here should have been straightforward yeah i'm having a party but only allowed 4 people i don't hate you or anything but it was a hard decision and i would have been thats okay i'll just send u a birthday card in the mail or something. that wouldn't have bothered me as long as she was being straightforward with me. I plan to talk it out with her but i dn't want to exactly yell at her just the normal talk without getting too upset. but my other friend (she don't go to either of the school she's a newer friend of mine from indiana not us in armstrong county) says if she was me i shuoldn't be friends with her anymore because a friend should nto lie to another friend without good reason. Do you think I should be friends with this girl anymore or just talk it out and still remain friends? please give me your opinions please on waht you think.
