How do i get back with him, he tells me he loves me, kisses and hugs me... Please help?

Ive known this lad for about 11months and hes been with this girl for about 4 years and they split up a few months ago and we got together, when we split up he got back with her, they have split up again and they are both Single, he tells me he loves me and we are really close hugs, snuggles and kisses.. I really love him but his ex girlfriend cant get it in her head that its over hes told her he doesn't love her and he dont want to be with her, she just dont get it, Hes 18 and im 14 but when we are together its just perfect i really do love him how do i tell him and how can we get her out the equation?? Help please
