Is there away fro me to get to my right grade?

okay last year i was an 8th grader i got so much in trouble so didnt come to cl that much so i felled my cles then i took the taxand fell it too then went to summer skool p the cles in summer skool but fell the tax again but i only went summer skool for the tax only for 4 weeks then theres another 4 weeks i some how ped my regular cl so they didnt make me go for another 4 weeks for my classes and then they fell me so i had to repeat my grade im in texas and now im in new mexico and im abt to move to cali and my grandma aunts uncles r there in ca and they will get dissapointed in me and i learned my lesson for being bad but is there a way for me to get to 9th please help me and please dont say its too late and im 14 my birthday is on augest 1995 so age wont help
