I can I get into the University of Delaware?

I am a junior from nj. i got to a high ranked public school.. I am involved in athletics, and volunteer work. i work as a lifeguard in the summer. The only thing is my gpa is an 83%(not sure what that is on a 4.0 scale)..I want to major in elementary education.. is this a reach school?! THANKS IN ADVANCE! PLEASE BE HONEST!! =)
