New Vegetarian!! Need help finding protein?! URGENT!?

Okay so I've recently decided to go vegetarian (NOT vegan), and I happen to have severe allergies to both seafood and nuts (including peanuts). I'm concerned about my protein intake, I'm kind of afraid I'm not getting enough protein, or omega 3's. Does anyone have any suggestions on protein rich VEGETARIAN foods? Please note, I'm a high school sopre with no job, and a family who's really unsupportive of my decision (which basically means nobody's going to go out of their way to buy me tofu). Also I can't take omega 3 dietary supplements because fish oils are used and I have an allergy, soo... HELP??????!
